Important information for those arriving by train and holiday apartments...Ankunft Grindelwald mit dem Zug oder Bestellung Taxi für Ferienwohnungen 

 

For an important reason, we kindly ask you to confirm via WhatsApp or phone that you are on the train from Interlaken to Grindelwald. In recent weeks, we have had at least 10 pre-booked pick-up reservations at Grindelwald train station or terminal where the tourists who booked the pick-up did not show up!

Of course, in the current situation, flight delays, train delays, or other unforeseen circumstances can occur. But for us, it means we have to wait and may not be able to complete other scheduled trips. And it's no use if you then arrive 5 minutes before your booked pick-up time and tell us you'll be one or two trains late.

You can still make your bookings via email, WhatsApp, or phone. Once you receive confirmation, it will be immediately added to your schedule. But please... WhatsApp or call... only after you've boarded the train from Interlaken Ost to Grindelwald!!! Then everything will be fine! No confirmation will mean a potentially longer wait... and please specify your exact pick-up location: Grindelwald train station (final stop) or the terminal!!!

The same applies to taxi bookings to holiday apartments. Please confirm your request; otherwise, we will not pick you up! In May 2026, we had 12 no-shows!

Wichtige Informationen zur Anreise mit dem Zug von Interlaken Ost nach Grindelwald 

Aus wichtigem Grund möchten wir sie bitten uns per Whatsapp oder Telefon zu bestätigen das sie im Zug von Interlaken nach Grindelwald sind . in den letzten Wochen hatten wir mindesten bei 10 Vorbestellungen für Abholung in Grindelwald Bahnhof oder Terminal das Problem das die Touristen die Abholung gebucht haben nicht erschienen sind ! Natürlich können in der momemtanen Situation Flugverspätungen , Zugverspätungen oder einfach etwas anderes vorkommen . Aber für uns bedeutet es das wir warten und eventuell andere anstehende Fahrten nicht durchführen können. Und es nutzt auch nichts wenn sie dann 5 Minuten vor der gebuchten Abholzeit uns mitteilen das sie 1 oder 2 Züge später kommen .Sie können Ihre Buchungen gern weiter per email Whatsapp oder auch telefonisch machen . Wenn sie dann ein ja bekommen wird es sofort in die Termine eingetragen . Aber Bitte .... Whatsapp oder Anruf ... wenn sie im Zug Von Interlaken Ost nach Grindelwald eingestiegen sind !!!

Das Gleiche gilt auch bei Taxi Bestellungen von Ferienwohnungen . Sie erhalten eine kurze Anfrage per SMS oder Whatsapp ! Wenn Sie diese nicht mit OK bestätigen erfolgt Keine Abholung ! Wir hatte im Mai 26  über 10 Bestellungen wo die Besteller nicht da waren !!!
