Alle meine Dienstleistungen unterliegen vollumfänglich diesen Bedingungen, soweit sie nicht durch schriftliche Vereinbarungen abgeändert oder ergänzt worden sind.

Vertragsabschluss

Ein Beförderungsvertrag kommt zustande sobald der Kunde eine Fahrt bucht und diese vom Unternehmen bestätigt ist . Dies gilt für Transfers ausserhalb von Grindelwald, nicht für die Buchungen in Grindelwald, wo der Fahrgast einsteigt und zu seinem Ziel befördert wird ! Natürlich ist dies auch rein rechtlich ein Beförderungsvertrag ...

Das bedeutet auch, da ich als Einzelunternehmen kein 24 Stunden Service anbieten kann bei längeren Fahrten auch nur wirklich bestätigte Zusagen von Grindelwald Taxiservice verbindlich sind über Whatsapp Mail oder SMS !

Bei Bestellungen vom Gastgebern oder Vermietern in Grindelwald und näherer Umgebung haftet der Besteller des Taxi für Nichterscheinen  (no - show) der Fahrgäste für die das Taxi bestellt wurde .

 

Preise und Aufträge
Alle angegebenen oder vereinbarten Preise verstehen sich brutto (inklusive Mehrwertsteuer)

Taxipreise sind aussen am Taxi ersichtlich. Sowie hier auf der Website unter Prislisten ! 

 

Zahlungen:

Wir akzeptieren die meisten gängigen Kreditkarten, Bargeld im Fahrzeug

Bei der Stornierung  von festen  Bestellungen für Transfer über 50 km ab Grindelwald werden dem Besteller die Kosten für Aufwand und eventuelle andere entgangene Transfer gemäss in Rechnung gestellt. Diese lauten wie folgt:

  • Bis 24 Stunden vor Auftragsbeginn: Keine Belastung
  • 24 bis 12 Stunden vor Auftragsbeginn: 50 % Prozent
  • 12 Stunden vor Auftragsbeginn oder Nichterscheinen: 100% Prozent
  • Bei Firmen bei Buchung bis  3 Tage vorher 30 Prozent +++ 2 tage 50 Prozent +++ 24 Stunden  vorher 60 Prozent +++ 12 Stunden 100 Prozent 

Haftung
Grindelwald Taxi übernimmt keine Haftung für Verspätungen, verursacht durch eine Naturgewalt, Zugverspätung, Stau, Panne des eingesetzten Fahrzeuges, falsche Abhol- oder Zielinformationen oder jegliche Situation, die ausserhalb der Kontrolle des Taxiunternehmen liegt.

Bar, Karte,Vorkasse bei längeren Transfer oder Rechnung

nach Absprache !

 

Gerichtsstand
Für allfällige Streitigkeiten ist ausschliesslich das schweizerische Recht anwendbar. Gerichtsstand ist  Interlaken / Bern
Die Firma wird jederzeit bestrebt sein, allfällige Differenzen mit ihren Kunden gütlich und einvernehmlich zu lösen.

 

General Terms and Conditions – Grindelwald Taxiservice

All my services are fully subject to these terms and conditions, unless modified or supplemented by written agreements. Conclusion of Contract A contract of carriage is formed as soon as the customer books a trip and the company confirms it. This applies to transfers outside Grindelwald; it does not apply to bookings within Grindelwald where the passenger simply boards and is transported to their destination (though, strictly speaking, this too constitutes a contract of carriage). As I operate as a sole proprietorship and cannot offer a 24-hour service, this means that for longer trips, only bookings explicitly confirmed by Grindelwald Taxiservice—via WhatsApp, email, or SMS—are binding.

For bookings made by hosts or rental property owners in Grindelwald and the surrounding area, the person ordering the taxi is liable for any "no-shows" by the passengers for whom the taxi was ordered. Prices and Orders All quoted or agreed prices are gross amounts (including VAT). Taxi fares are displayed on the exterior of the vehicle and here on the website under "Price Lists."

Payments: We accept most major credit cards and cash payments in the vehicle. In the event of the cancellation of confirmed bookings for transfers exceeding 50 km from Grindelwald, the person who placed the order will be billed for administrative costs and any potential lost revenue from other transfers. These are as follows: Up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time: No charge 24 to 12 hours before the scheduled start time: 50% 12 hours before the scheduled start time or no-show: 100% For corporate bookings: 3 days prior: 30% +++ 2 days prior: 50% +++ 24 hours prior: 60% +++ 12 hours prior: 100% Liability

Grindelwald Taxi assumes no liability for delays caused by acts of nature, train delays, traffic jams, vehicle breakdowns, incorrect pickup or destination information, or any situation beyond the taxi company's control. Payment Terms Cash, card, prepayment for long-distance transfers, or invoice Subject to prior agreement!

Place of Jurisdiction Swiss law applies exclusively to any disputes. The place of jurisdiction is Interlaken / Bern. The company will always strive to resolve any differences with its customers amicably and by mutual agreement.
